Meet our Team
PRESIDENT
Hillary Rielly
In Hillary's 20+ years in the furniture business, she is guided to lead MR. by principles that include (but are not limited to) teamwork, respect, creativity, ambition, kindness but will also stand firm and strong, dependability, fun because otherwise what are we doing?, communication and just a deep love for the people and products that she gets to interact with daily. Creating the MR. environment has stretched Hillary creatively in the best ways and her current mantra is "let's get a little bit weird."
Hillary likes to spend her free time cooking, baking, camping, getting strong, and hanging out with her two sons and two doodles. They are still rambunctious.
CONTROLLER
Jenna Blumenthal
Jenna is the backbone of MR. She came on board in 2012 and manages our purchasing for the showroom and keeps our orders moving. Jenna’s level-headed and thorough thinking is the baseline for all of our employees to emulate and makes it a pleasure for our vendors to work with MR.
Jenna grew up in Ann Arbor, MI and has a Bachelor in Fine Arts from SAIC. Her past experience includes production manager for local jewelry designer Jamie Joseph, studio manager at a photography studio, and production painter.
Jenna loves the deserts of the Southwest and the beaches of Oregon, and spending time with her family and friends with good food, drinks, and backyard bonfires.
SEATTLE SHOWROOM MANAGER
Poppy Weber
Poppy has a long history in luxury sales and client services, with more than 25 years of experience designing with and selling the industry’s most iconic brands. Before joining the residential team at MR., she spent 8 years in retail design, blending interior design and high fashion branding. Poppy brings that experience into new projects and works with her clients to choose the best materials and finishes, create the best floor plan and curate the best furniture selections for each client’s individual style. Poppy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design.
Outside of work, Poppy enjoys snuggling with her pup, gardening, traveling with her kids and outdoor adventuring in the PNW.

Favorite quote: “I’d agree with you but then we would both be wrong.”
USM DESIGNER | RESIDENTIAL SALES
Anya Dabroski
Having previously specialized in Furniture Procurement and Staging for Interior Design and Architecture firms, Anya brings to the Showroom nearly a decade of industry knowledge and experience.
Anya splits her time in the showroom between the Residential Retail Team and designing custom USM solutions for clients and for the showroom.
She has a forever design crush on asymmetrical furniture & lighting, a good statement arch, textured fabrics, and a bold pop of color.
Born and raised in Seattle, Anya identifies as both a Seattle Unicorn and a Lake Washington Mermaid. When not chasing sunshine and time on the water, Anya can often be found riding horses, gardening, working on her baby pool shark billiard skills, and taking her leash trained kitty out on mini adventures. She very officially craves Dim Sum daily.
RESIDENTIAL SALES & POLIFORM SYSTEMS DESIGNER | BELLEVUE
Nikol Drewry
Nikol joined MR. in 2026 as part of the residential sales and systems design team in the Bellevue showroom. Formally trained in architectural design at Parsons, she spent the following decade building and designing custom furniture and cabinetry. That hands-on background gives her a rare fluency in both design and craft, which she brings to every client project and Poliform systems design.
Born in Washington and raised in Kāneʻohe, Hawaiʻi, Nikol is happiest near salt water. Outside of work she can be found watching films that require subtitles and hiking the Pacific Northwest with her dog, Basil.
CONTRACT FURNITURE PROJECT MANAGER
Mallory Jennings
Mallory joined MR. in 2026 to support our Contract clients, bringing a sharp eye for details of both design and project management. She enjoys helping clients navigate complexities with minimal headaches on the way to maximal beauty.

He received a BFA in Performance Production with focuses in lighting and scenic design. After working in Merchandising/Receiving for a local pharmacy chain and production management around town, Matthew decided to move into a job that combined both worlds.
Outside of work he can be found doing more work for a number of theaters around town or relaxing by a lake on his rare days off.
PURCHASING COORDINATOR | SEA CERTIFIED
Sal Grisafi
As a member of the purchasing team, Sal is behind the scenes helping keep things at MR. humming along. Focused and methodical, he works closely with vendors and always has clients and their projects in mind. Previous client-facing experience before joining MR. prepared him to uniquely manage back-end duties including those in supply chain, logistics, and operations.
Sal holds a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University and a Professional Studies Diploma in Project Management from NYU. A Long Island, NY native, he relocated from Brooklyn to Seattle, earning an SEA sustainability credential which he uses to help guide MR.'s sustainability goals, including our mission to go paperless.
Sal lives in Capitol Hill — you'll likely spot him running at Volunteer Park, exploring the many coffee shops, or on the patio with friends at Pony.
ON SUSTAINABILITY
It is our belief that selecting heritage furnishings contributes to developing an industry that foregrounds durability and craftsmanship, promoting stronger environmental stewardship.
MR. recognizes the inherent challenges in navigating global supply chains for the transport and sale of contemporary design goods. Throughout the process—from fabrication to shipping—we work closely with our brand partners to address our environmental impact and reduce our carbon footprint whenever possible.
We carefully select firms that prioritize and share our mission, and look to further the conversation with clients and suppliers in all of our projects. We are perpetually inspired by several of our partners like PP Møbler, cc-tapis, Tacchini, Mater and others as they chart new approaches.
We are proud to drive this vital work forward, prioritizing conservation and sustainability initiatives across all sectors of our work.
LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
MR. acknowledges and respects the traditional territories that we are grateful to inhabit. We are honored to assemble on the ancestral homelands of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present, and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe.
We are committed to continuing their legacy of preserving the environmental integrity of these remarkable places and cultivating sustainable land use practices.
