Please note, only certain items are currently available for our program. Items selected for our buyback program are eligible for store credit towards new purchases only.
Final price offer is dependent on a visual inspection of the item and may vary from your initial quote. All delivery charges to our facility are the responsibility of the seller.

Unfortunately, we are not able to buy back our full range of furniture offered in our showrooms. MR. (RE)SALE is just one way to give your furniture a second home. If it is time to retire your furniture and it’s not eligible, please consider other recycling options or donating it to charity. We reserve the right to amend the products we accept and the prices we offer through the service.
How Our Process Works TO EDIT FROM MODERN RESALE
1. Evaluation
Send an email to consign@mr.studio with a picture and brief description of your piece(s). If available, please include brand, year purchased, and a short condition report. If your pieces are a good fit for our inventory of exclusive luxury brands, we will contact you within 48 hours of submission.
Upon approval, our consignment team at MR. will determine a selling price and a lowest selling price. These are based on current value, item condition, and current market appeal.
2. Delivery to Us
MR. will work with you to schedule a delivery to bring your pieces to our Seattle warehouse/showroom at your expense. Of course, you may choose to have any or all items dropped off instead.
3. Preparation For Sale
Our staff takes care of basic touchups and cleaning to make your item look it's best prior to sale. However, in some cases, we may require that an item be professionally cleaned or touched up prior to listing. If this is the case, we will recommend and schedule a quality tradesmen and take the cost off of your final payout.
4. Photography & Exposure
Your items are photographed to show them in the best light and posted on our web-site. Once posted, our loyal buyers will receive an email that features your piece in “new arrivals”. Our multi-channel marketing approach exposes your pieces to new buyers that are searching for your items.
5. Payment
MR. payout structure:
Within 3 months: 50% of all items sold.
After 3 Months: 40% of all items sold.
After 9 months: 30% of the final selling price of your item(s).
We reserve the right to drop pricing by 20% every 3 months until the contract is terminated at one year. Payments are sent within 15 to 30 days of final sale by check or PayPal.

MR. offers only authentic pieces. Each item in our curated collection is verified by our in-house team, maintained in superior condition and restored (when necessary) by leading professional in the region. MR. never traffics in reproductions. This is the real deal.
IN-STOCK, READY TO SHIP
All of inventory is maintained in our Seattle-area warehouse. Shipping is available nation-wide and typically with White Glove Service. With few exceptions, most of our stock is pre-assembled and ready to live its next best life with you.
