SHIPPING POLICY

DUE TO THE VARIETY OF OBJECTS WE SELL, OUR SHIPPING METHODS ARE DETERMINED BY ITEM TYPE

  • The delivery fee for each item is noted in the “checkout” section. The item’s delivery fee is applied to each quantity ordered.

  • If the shipping cost is not listed on the item details page, you may still submit your order and a shipping quote will be provided within 24 to 48 hours. If you accept the quote, your order will be confirmed and the item will be shipped to you. If you reject the quote, your order will be canceled and you will not be charged.

  • For items dropshipped directly from the manufacturer, if they provide free shipping, your order will be automatically confirmed and the item will be shipped to you.

  • For all floor models shipped from our Seattle showroom, items are sold in AS-IS condition; no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. Any visible defects, blemishes, or scratches will be noted in the item description. For additional images or specifications, please contact the showroom prior to finalizing your order.

  • Accessory orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays. The typical delivery window is 3-10 business days from the day your order leaves our warehouse.

  • At the time your merchandise leaves our warehouse we will update your order with tracking information.

  • Certain items require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.”

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SHOWROOM PICKUP

There is no charge for showroom pickups. All pickups from our Capitol Hill showroom must be made within seven (7) business days of purchase. Once an item has been picked up, all sales are final. Please note that showroom pick-ups are by appointment only. We require all pick-ups from our showroom be completed by a licensed and insured professional delivery company. STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY

This option offers delivery right to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building). Please Note: Standard Ground Delivery does not include un-crating, un-boxing, assembly or trash removal. Several truck delivery carriers offer additional services to help move merchandise inside your home or office, and also for un-boxing, un-crating, assembly, and trash removal. You may then contact the delivery carrier directly to inquire about additional delivery services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Unless other arrangements have been made, MR. shipping quotes include fully insured white glove delivery for all larger items that are not suitable for UPS or FedEx or USPS shipping methods. White glove delivery means that your purchase will be placed inside your home, assembled if necessary and all trash will be removed. White glove delivery does not include the services of an electrician for lighting installations. 

ALASKA & HAWAII STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY

We offer delivery to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. The delivery fee to these States will automatically be applied during Checkout. Shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii for items that do not have delivery charges visible at checkout will be provided 24-48 hours from order being placed. For additional information, see above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping requires a quote and must ship to a warehouse location only. Export charges and duties may apply.

PACKAGING & HANDLING

All orders are shipped in a manner appropriate for the shipping of inherently fragile goods. MR. is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages. MR. cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds are not issued for these reasons. All orders are packed with each piece secured and padded. However, occasionally pieces do break in transit. If you find your order has broken in transit, please contact us within two (2) business days with a photograph of the packaging and the item in the condition it arrived. Please retain all packaging materials so that we can file a claim on your behalf with our shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged please email seattle@mr.studio within 2 days.

MR. will not be liable for any damages and/or inconvenience arising from delays not within their control of contractor in the delivery of the product ordered by client or delays caused by floods, strikes, illness, accidents, acts of god or other causes beyond the reasonable control of our firm.

CLAIMS

Buyer must inspect shipment upon receipt. All claims must be made within three business days of receipt of goods. Merchandise stored for future use must be checked upon receipt. Failure to make a claim within three business day constitutes acceptance of the goods as is.

For claims, save original carton(s) and contents for possible inspection; take photographs; call the carrier to report the damages and receive claim instructions. For all shipments notify seattle@mr.studio immediately of any damages and provide photographs.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy with us when you visit our site. Our Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the types of information that we gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of that information.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect general data pertaining to you, when you visit the site; this information is aggregated with all other visitor information. We process personal information collected from you fairly and lawfully and will not use such personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes it was requested and received.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal information to individuals or entities outside of the people in the employ of MR.

COOKIES

We may use cookies to secure and confirm your information when logging into access the site with your private login name and password. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, which also uses cookies. If you would like to opt out of their use, you may follow the appropriate directions on your web browser. Note, too, that opting out may affect your experience of our site.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We may send you promotional announcements for savings and product launches. You can stop these whenever you want with the opt-out feature at the bottom of the e-mail. We do not sell our lists to anyone ever.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use a combination of industry standard security measures to protect your personal information from loss and misuse.
