  • An introduction with Nikol, this is an opportunity to discuss your project, goals, space, who is involved, timeline, and inspirations.

    As the process can vary depending on whether we're working directly with the homeowner, alongside a designer, or coordinating with both, we adapt our process accordingly—producing preliminary drawings, collaborating with your designer, and coordinating with your contractor, as needed.

    Appointments are available at both our Bellevue & Capitol Hill showrooms.

  • This is an open discussion on function, aesthetics, system selection and finish exploration—an iterative process to hone in your design & project scope. We’ll look in-depth at the space and storage needs, developing the functionality, while developing and refining the aesthetic goals through system selections.

    We offer a comprehensive sample library at both our Bellevue and Capitol Hill showrooms, and samples may be checked out on loan to either you or your design team, as needed.

  • This stage consists of technical drawings of your proposed system with all surfaces and hardware selected. At this time, Nikol will generate a comprehensive quote and we will take a deposit for your custom order.

    An estimated timeline for production and tentative delivery window will be available at this stage of the process as well.

  • At this stage, we will verify your site and look at every detail of the project prior to sending to production in Italy.

  • Our local delivery team is fully-trained in Poliform Systems assembly & installation. Once your made-to-order system has arrived from Italy, our team will contact you and arrange next steps for delivery & final installation. Our sales team also remains available at any point throughout the process to provide support for your project.

Day Systems—Code, Lexington & Wall—are highly configurable & versatile shelving/storage solutions that can function as media centers, bookshelves, art displays, credenzas, writing desks, room dividers and more.

Pivot and Surface Architectural Systems are door and wall paneling systems that can be independent but also integrate seamlessly with both Night and Day collections.
